Abstract:
Analyzing the reasons for negative emotions of netizens and predicting its evolution, establishing reasonable emergency response mechanism are always attracting researchers’ and government departments’ attentions. This paper aims to the adjustment of negative emotion and emergency response mechanism, summarizing the existing achievement of negative emotions, including netizens’ negative emotion’s description and extraction, influencing factors and sequential state, and puts forward some suggestions for the future research on crisis responses on emergencies.
