Abstract: As the "first line of defense" for the protection of APP users' personal information security, the assessment and research on the user-friendliness of APP privacy policy is conducive to optimizing the privacy policy and enhancing users' willingness to read and privacy awareness. In this paper, the assessment indicator system of APP privacy policy user-friendliness is constructed from the user's point of view, which adopts the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process to assess the user-friendliness of APP privacy policy in terms of content readability and interaction friendliness, and then selects specific privacy policy samples for empirical analysis, so as to put forward optimization suggestions for APP privacy policy in China. It also has value for better assessment and investigation of APP privacy policy.
