Abstract: This paper introduces the concept of Enterprise Informationization Capability Maturity Model， which is based on the capability maturity classification and the scientific indicators’ system. A benchmark enterprises Library is established through selecting investment effective enterprises of the same scale， which helps to build up the DEA valid model for the sample enterprise. Through the model operation， we are able to obtain the deviation data， and consequently evaluate the inputoutput efficiency of the sample investment in informationization， and thereby enhance the output benefit and the return of the investment.
