The Study on Service Innovation of Video Sites Based on 4D Model:Taking IQIYI as the Study Object

Abstract:

With the deepening of network video application,the main video websites in China intend to achieve innovation through strategic transformation and service differentiation for higher market share. IQIYI performs excellently through service innovation in the fierce competition. This paper introduces a preliminarily study on the service innovation mode of IQIYI by using 4D model from service innovation perspective. It finds that IQIYI’s service innovation is the integration of service concept innovation, client interface innovation, organizational innovation and technology innovation. It is expected that the research could be beneficial for both deepening the service innovation theory and business practice in China.
