Abstract: The Technology Standard Association Analysis System plays a crucial role in enabling in-depth mining and intelligent application of standard data, as well as supporting industrial innovation and compliance decision-making. In response to current challenges in technology standard services, such as insufficient depth in knowledge organization, weak capability for correlation analysis, and lack of support for forward-looking assessment, this study first identifies the fundamental trends in constructing a technology standard analysis system through a comparative analysis of domestic and international platforms. Subsequently, based on user needs and the multidimensional characteristics of technology standards, a logical architecture for a knowledge organization-based technology standard association analysis system is designed. The study elaborates on key aspects, including a governance method for standard data based on deep processing, as well as a core functional framework integrating standard profiling, knowledge graphs, system monitoring, forward-looking compliance analysis, and intelligent recommendation. Finally, an implementation pathway for the technology standard analysis system is proposed, encompassing collaborative ecosystem development, data asset management, quality assurance, intelligent tool development, and service model innovation.
