Abstract:

Research on theory and application of smart governance adapted well to transformation and development of government into servitization and intelligence. It will benefit to grasp and understand the research advance and tendency through the review of researches on smart governance. Based on the document analysis, the relevant literature was discussed and summarized comprehensively. The research on smart governance focused on the position and construction of governance service in the development of intelligent government, the architecture and implementation of mobile governance, the application of cloud computing in intelligent governance, etc. Overall, there are some achievements in business, types and applications of smart governance, but there are also many problems that need to be paid more attention to, for example, the service optimization of intelligent governance from the perspective of stakeholders, business integration, service integration and grading implementation oriented to different service terminals, different service objects and different service levels, as well as the unsatisfactory effect of the smoothy transition and integrated implementation in the construction of intelligent governance.
