Abstract:

The development of the information technology provides more convenient and rich means of making government affairs public and constructing the sunshine government. E-government has become an important form of the government affairs opening, and government websites have become a main position of it. According to the actual needs and realistic conditions, this paper puts forward a mode of making government affairs public online which is based on the “one-stop” service platform, and summarizes the basic components of the mode. Based on the practice at Changsha city in recent years, the paper gets the conclusion that this mode is deserved to be developed and expanded.
