Abstract:
While a large number of health information resources are widely available from the Internet, the quality of online resources makes the consumer’s behaviors of using them full of risks. This paper selects and summarizes the articles about the evaluation of online health information use behavior in overseas in recent years using the perceived risk perspective. The detailed analysis of this paper consists of the multi-dimensional analysis of perceived risk, factors affecting the perceived risk and the influence of perceived risk on the online health information use behaviors. The conclusion part of this review analyzes the research limitations and future research prospects, and summarizes some implications and suggestions for improving the consumer’s health risk assessment ability and promoting the development of online health information.
