Abstract:

The era of big data has brought opportunities and challenges to the information service，and the information service has been promoted to the intelligent information services. The data promote the intelligent information service has developed from the online network data to the social network data and the Internet of things. The intelligent information service has applied to all walks of life. By analyzing a large amount of researches, this paper focused on the application of intelligent information service on government, cultural, medical and business areas. Based on the literature, this paper proposed four trends from the perspective of big data that the data sources will be more widely, the services will be more comprehensive and more accurate, and the data privacy and security will be attached more importance.
