Abstract:

The early warning and handling of network group events is an important challenge in the new era. In order to make effective early warning in the network group events and to improve the disposal, this paper constructs an independent collection, analysis, processing network group events early warning and emergency response system, establishes the rating standard of network group events, and puts forward some suggestions to the network group events disposal strategy.
