By comparing the published rate of papers, web downloads, total citations and quotation rate by other journals, the academic contribution and influence of different journals in the researches about electronic commerce were studied. And from the implied research topics extracted by LDA, the semantic information and its distribution on the journals were discovered as well, which could help to grasp the e-commerce research status of library and information science domain.
