Abstract:

The information environment has being changed rapidly, including IT, policy and smart city construction. The IT at intelligent age provides the technological support for informatization of middle and small enterprises. National policies on informatization are the major promotion of informatization of enterprises, but it is dead zone to middle and small enterprises. The four models of traditional informatization of enterprises are not suitable to middle and small enterprises, so we need to explore the methodology and technical path to find the solution.
