Abstract:

The Internet will go forward toward the direction of the semantic network, intelligent network and 3D network with the coming of the Web3.0 era. The concepts and technologies based on web3.0 will bring new ideas and services to library services. This paper introduced the concept and content of Web3.0 and IC, and use it to serve the innovation of library information services.
