Abstract: Maturity model is an area of interest that contributes organizations to find out where they are in a specific knowledge area and how to improve it. As Information Resource Management is the concept that information is a major organization resource and must be managed using the same basic principles used to manage other assets, assessment of the current status and making improvement can play a critical role in developing an information structure in organization. By introducing the seven guidelines of Design Science which is formulated by Hevner as basis, we compared and analyzed the five popular maturity models, then proposed a framework of information resource management maturity model which includes the best practice, procedure of model and calculation method of model.
