Abstract:

The diffusion process of network public opinion is in fact the information flow process through specific relational network in cyberspace. Research on network public opinion diffusion is of great importance to understand its evolution laws and furthermore formulate suitable solutions. This paper analyzes the individual interacting mode in the diffusion from micro-level, and builds the neighbor responded SEIR network public opinion diffusion model by drawing on the compartmental model in epidemiology. In this way, the variation trend of individuals in different states is presented by simulation experiment in the diffusion, and the network structure and the influence of initiator is analyzed. The network structure and initiator have significant influence on the network public opinion diffusion. In the case of no intervention, the network connectivity, quantity and the position of the initiator have positive correlation of the diffusion effect.
