Abstract:
With the advent of the era of big data, the relationship between the subject and the object of investigation has changed. The investigation department needs efficient information resources management to cope with the increasingly high-tech, network, and dynamic crime trends. However, the current lags in the construction of investigation information resource management rules, the lack of adaptive reforms, and the lack of service crimes have hampered the advancement of investigations in the new era. The technical characteristics of blockchain technology, such as distributed, contract execution, security, reliability, and high fault tolerance, can break the path dependence on offline running rules, reinforce the legal rules through technical rules, and realize system optimization, reasonable allocation, and efficient detection information resources management. Choosing sovereign blockchain technology as selection, blockchain technology can achieve distributed collection of data information, secure storage, trusted sharing, standardized operation, and then enhance the value, to promote the reform of the investigation and crime crackdown. The investigation department can build collaborative investigation information resource scenario, smart investigation ecological scenario, detection system reform scenario, and lastly construct modern self-trusted, self-processed investigations.
