Abstract:

Internet medical is able to provide medical information and service for people without the limitation of time and space. In order to investigate the role of Online health community(OHC) in optimizing regional allocation of medical resource, this paper took haodf.com as the research object and had an empirical study. Firstly, clustering analysis was used to evaluate their medical level. After that, this paper analyzed the flow of medical information resources among provinces with different medical level. It found that areas with developed medical facilities played the role as medical service providers. While those provinces who have underdeveloped medical level mainly played the role of medical service acceptors. Therefore, OHC accelerated the trans-regional diffusion of superior doctor resources and medical service via internet. And it is helpful in optimizing allocation of medical resources in China.
