Empirical Study on Influencing Factors of the Users’ Continuance Intention of Mobile News Clients

Abstract:

Mobile news client has become one of the main ways to get news information. By understanding the actual needs of mobile news client users and mastering user preferences, it’s helpful to improve the quality of news services, enhance customer satisfaction, and consolidate and increase the user base.Based on the Expectation Confirmation Model(ECM) and D&M information system success model, this paper studies the factors that affect the users’ continuance intention of mobile news clients. The empirical study shows that the psychological distance has a significant effect on perceived usefulness and perceived interest; information quality has no significant effect on perceived usefulness in this study environment, but has significant effects on perceived interest and satisfaction.
