Abstract:

The electric vehicles industry has developed rapidly in recent years, making the research on consumers' continuous intention for electric vehicles more significant. From the perspective of satisfaction and perceived risk, this research constructs a continuous intention model in combination with the expectation confirmation model. After collecting data by questionnaires, using SEM-PLS to analyze the 480 samples, this paper finds that users' satisfaction exerts great influence on their continuous intention. Meanwhile, that the perceived risk indirectly influences the users' continuous intention is verified.
