Abstract:

This paper collects a dataset of literature published by LIS journal from CSSCI  since 1998, based on research methods including word frequency analysis, coword analysis, cluster analysis and  multidimensional scaling analysis,and reveals the LIS main fields and its evolution trend. The study finds that the LIS in different periods have different concerns, traditional library and information theories combine ceaselessly with network environment, network technology, bid data to produce new research topic with practical significance. Interdisciplinary research trend is obvious, and technology application and management innovation has become a hot topic.
