Abstract:

Our national informatization can be devided into 3 directions, eg. governments, enterprises and families， with the information technology and national policy as the major promoting forces. The article analyzed the history of our national informatization based on the historical Party Congress Reports, The Five-year Plans on National Economy and Social Development, and the National Leading Groups on informatization and government informatization offices.
