Abstract

Abstract:

Based on the perspective of user satisfaction and perceived risk, we conduct an influencing factor model about the continuance intention of online storage service. Collecting data by survey questionnaire and analyzing data of 226 Internet users by PLS, it turns out user satisfaction has a significant positive effect on continuance intention. However, perceived risk has a direct effect on user satisfaction rather than continuance intention.
