Abstract: Generative technology-driven information system, with generative artificial intelligence as its core, supports and promotes the process of knowledge transmission and sharing, as well as cognitive flow, and diffusion in the entire information environment. However, it also poses challenges to epistemic security and cognitive security. This paper analyzes the characteristics, advantages, and risks of the generative technology-driven information ecosystem from the perspectives of epistemic and cognition environments. It explores how to fully realize the potential of generative artificial intelligence while adhering to human values and social ethics, to promote the construction of an efficient, secure, and sustainable generative technology-driven information ecosystem.
