Abstract: Exploring the related influencing factors and countermeasures of healthcare crowdfunding is of great significance for improving the success rate of healthcare crowdfunding projects, alleviating the uneven distribution of medical resources, and promoting the healthy development of the healthcare crowdfunding industry. By combing the current status of healthcare crowdfunding research at home and abroad, based on the definition of healthcare crowdfunding, it systematically summarizes the relevant influencing factors of the success of healthcare crowdfunding, explores the moral concerns raised by the healthcare crowdfunding model, and proposes countermeasures related to future development. The success rate of current online healthcare crowdfunding projects is not high. Existing research mainly explores the main factors affecting the success of healthcare crowdfunding from four dimensions: donors, fundraisers, crowdfunding platforms, and project information characteristics; Ethical issues such as fraud and hype, uneven distribution of donations, and leakage of personal privacy are still the key issues to be solved to ensure the healthy development of online healthcare crowdfunding.
