Abstract: Science and technology service is an important bridge for enterprises and scientific research institutes to transform their achievements. It has a long service chain, more service objects and strong pertinence, which is different from the general modern service. The traditional science and technology services are limited by the areas, business boundaries, service capabilities of providers and other factors, which result in low resource utilization, high business repetition and insufficient capacity release. This paper proposes a new micro-services model which is based the current development of science and technology services in China. The technology service resources and capabilities are loosely coupled and encapsulated to meet service requirements, which form a multi-point aggregation and platform-based integrated cooperative science and technology service environment from point to surface. It also studies the new operation mode of science and technology service in the view of big data, and provides a new solution for the new science and technology service.
