Abstract: In recent years publishing mode of open access has received wide attention due to its immediacy of information communication and openness of academic resources, quality evaluation and control research on open access has become hot spot in the field. In this article the author summarizes main quality evaluation and control mode of open access journal at present through reading relative articles abroad, and wishes to provide significant reference for the following research.
