Abstract: Based on the problems that knowledge workers are high fluidity, the position knowledge are dispersed in enterprises and lost easily with position change of knowledge workers. Combining with the theory of position-based knowledge management, the framework of knowledge management system based on position has been set up, the system structure and main function modules have been designed, and the position knowledge management system has been developed,which has been applied effectively in Yongchuan power supply bureau in Chongqing. The problem of “knowledge loses with employee draining” has been solved effectively and the aim of classifying, restoring and sharing position knowledge has been achieved.
