Abstract:

This paper analyzed the research status and development trend of health information literacy. Based on the content analysis of highly related quotations of foreign literature about health information literacy indexed by WOS database, we summarized the four sub-areas of health information literacy research, including the evaluation of health information quality, influencing factors of health information literacy, health information services, health information literacy education, and reviewed on each sub-field which would provide experience on the health information literacy research in China.
