Abstract:

To explore the influence factors of electronic payment websites’ operation efficiency, this paper construct a multi-input and multi-output evaluation index system. A kind of mixed algorithm is designed based on DEA and heuristics algorithm. Top 16 most popular electronic payment websites are chosen to do the empirical research. Research results show there are 2 frontiers, including Alipay and YeePay, having been formed. Other websites need to improve their input indexes such as FLP, DOC, APS and their output indexes such as DPV, TO, DIP. At the end of this paper, non-DEA effective electronic payment websites’ improvement is discussed according to effective production frontier.
