Abstract:

As a new technology in the field of computer science, Cloud Computing can be applied widely in most areas of business management to make economic benefits for enterprises. BI (Business Intelligence) combine with Cloud Computing is inevitable as BI requires improving its own performance continuously. The combination will much improve the performance of BI and meet the enterprise’s needs for BI to a great extent to enhance their Core Competence. From above viewpoint, this article will analyze the existing problems in BI application and its influence on the Core Competences of Enterprise, discuss the effects that Cloud Computing will have on traditional BI, and at last, this article will conduct a qualitative analysis on the access that BI affects Core Competences of Enterprise based on Cloud Computing. Research findings can provide some theoretical support for future practical application.
