Abstract:
Providing precise knowledge services to users is not only the target that the information resource cloud exerts in, but also a main problem it has to deal with. In the perspective of explicit and implicit knowledge, following the steps of information acquisition, organization and service offering, evaluation, this paper builds a knowledge service model of information resource cloud. This paper also aims to find out a better solution to satisfy users' increasing demand for knowledge.
