Abstract:

As a basic human activity,information communication plays a very important role in our society. From the perspective of the changes of information technologies, the paper analyzes the development of information communication and emphasizes IT’s major role in promoting information communication. On the basis, the paper analyzes the users’ new needs for information communication under the web environment. Combined with the characteristics of cloud computing, the paper explores the impacts from cloud computing as a new technology to information communication. Finally, considering the powerful role of cloud computing in promoting information communication, the paper proposes some suggestions.
