Study of Personalized Tourism Information Service Based on CBR

Abstract:

The paper introduces CBR (Case-Based Reasoning) into tourism information service and analyzes its' development. Through analyzing the existing tourism information service model, the model of personalized tourism information service based on CBR is constructed. And the expansion and work -flow of the new model are emphatically discussed.
