Abstract:

The emergency coordination across several regions is necessary to resist serious disaster. This paper mainly analyzes the status of the interregional emergency coordination both in China and foreign countries, and then proposes the frame of the construction of emergency interregional coordination system based on E-government. And it also presents several proposals in order to accelerate the construction of this system and the development of our emergency coordination across regions.
