Abstract:
In view of the current health information retrieval behavior of network users in our country, we study the behavior of health information in the community, so as to provide reference for improving the community and website construction. It takes the hypertension related 6888 questions recorded in Baidu knows as the research object, and after the pretreatment of these texts,use the ROST CM6 text mining software for word segmentation and standardized processing. The results show that the biggest concern of the user for hypertension health information is the daily management of the disease, disease diagnosis and treatment, and users in social Q & A health problems is lacking of medical knowledge background, and want to get the support of social emotions.
