Abstract:

In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is the important factor to team’s success .Knowledge comes from team partners, and knowledge management team partners selection is a complex problem. At first, this paper describes the collaborative network and knowledge management team, and proposes that the knowledge management team must select the partners in order to resolve problems in collaborative network. Then it discusses the process and method of partner selection of the knowledge management team in the collaborative network. At last, it discusses optimal principle for partners selection.
