Abstract

Abstract:

This paper introduces the designation and implementation of the public service system of NSL DPS. We analyze the rights and restrictions for public access of NSL DPS at first, then show how to integrate an existing public service system to improve the established technology framework of the preservation system. The Access Control Management based on purchase Agreement is also discussed.
