文献计量视角下的国内科技人力资源研究现状分析

Abstract

Abstract:

As the carrier of knowledge and being innovative and revolutionary,scientific and technological human resource is an important strategic human resource,which plays a key role in the development of science and technology industry and the enhancement of regional innovation ability. Using bibliometric analysis methods and Co-word analysis,this paper analyses 514 related papers searched in China Academic Journal-text Database(CAJD). Based on the of the time,journals, core authors, funds,subjects and contents of the sample literatures,it puts forward some suggestions for the future deveropment.
