Abstract:

This paper reviews the foreign research of digital publishing in 2011 from several aspects, such as open access publishing, quality control and evaluation, e-book publishing, digital copyright and digital publishing technologies. Among these research areas, open access publishing and e-book publishing have gained wider attention while open education resource is becoming a hot research issue.
