Abstract:

The paper points out that technology should be regarded as an important solution of academic quality control of open access journals. It builds the technical framework of academic quality control of open access journals from the perspectives of content quality control technology, publication form quality control technology and dissemination quality control technology based on current practice implemented by some famous open access publishing platforms.
