Abstract:

The boundaries between organizations and departments to value chain of knowledge innovation have become blurred in the network environment. The value realization depends on the cooperation among the knowledge innovation subjects, however the information need of realization to open innovation is not reachable depending on the dispersed information resources and departmentalization of information service. Then the strategy requirement to construction of cross-system information service platform has been advanced. The thesis advances the design approach based on the analysis of the targets and essential factors, then uses the Cloud Computing in platform construction, builds the hierarchical model with combination of SOA and Cloud Computing, discusses the technical realization of integrated service and collaboration innovation.
