Abstract: The rapid growth of network information inevitably requires making the bibliographic control for it. In this process, we should adapt the idea of resources integration, evaluate network information resources carefully, formulate the standard of bibliographic control, use metadata and Markup Language correctly, establish network information retrieval tools and set up transcript database Union of network information resources.
