Abstract: The rapid development of open access movement has a significant impact on the existing academic exchange system. Basing on the perspective of academic publishers, this article discusses the subversion of old academic exchange system by open access movement, and the promotion of establishing an emerging free and equal academic exchange system from three aspects which are diversification of publishing market participants, change of academic publications price and looseness of traditional copyright policy.
