社会网络分析法运用于科研团队发现和评价的实证研究

Abstract

Abstract: This paper applies Social Network Analysis to the discovery and appraisal of research teams. It provides a new way for the study of research teams. Based on the research papers of genetic engineering from 2000~2009 in VIP Database, this study combines 2clique and snowball sampling method together to identify research teams, analyzes the impact factors of team performance from network features and core authors, utilizes SEM to test the impact factors. In the end, some suggestions are listed to improve the productivity of research teams.
