Abstract: In this paper, we analyze the whole process of the reusing of public governed personal information, including the preprocess, collection, storage and reusing of information and the protecting methods. Aiming at the shortage of the personal information reusing in our country compared with US and EURO, we propose a countermeasure of the reusing of personal information governed by public sectors based on the newest information technology, network technology and information security technology.
