Abstract: The paper answers the question that top leaders’support is very important for the key users in ERP implementation process to implement active learning through a case study,so as to ensure implementation effect.This research mainly use grounded theory method,the support of the senior leadership that can be described as resources,project support and change support.These support behaviors let key users perception to the attention of top leaders,promote their various learning behaviors,and the latters improve the implementation effect of ERP.
