Abstract: Theoretically, this article explores the influence mechanism of determining tendency on personal privacy information disclosure, seeks the physiological and psychological root of personal privacy information disclosure, and provides a theoretical basis for formulating and improving privacy protection policies in social networks in practice. This article measures the determining tendency by the Cards and Lottery Task. First, it designs a scale to measure problematic social-networks-use and constructs a questionnaire to survey Sina Microblog users, to measure the self-disclosure of social networks users. Then, the research carries out correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis to explore the relationship among the three variables, and establishs the mechanism of personal privacy information disclosure based on determining tendency. The results show that the short-term impulsive decision directly leads to the self-disclosure of private information, and the problem use indirectly leads to the self-disclosure to a certain extent.
