Abstract: The popularity of social media platform has brought about a thorny problem of network content governance in the digital platform environment. With the technological and capital advantages, the private sector, represented by enterprises, has exerted more power on public issues, and can even directly influence the discussion and decision-making of public events. The governance of social media platform involves the interaction among the state (government), platform, users and other subjects, which gets into a complex game situation.
