Abstract: Based on the ELM theory, taking the quality of scientific data as the central path, and the credibility of data sources as the edge path, this paper constructs a theoretical model of the influencing factors of scientific data sharing behavior from the perspective of data users. 325 valid samples from data users are obtained by questionnaire, and data analysis and model test are carried out with the help of SPSS21.0 and AMOS23.0 software. The results show that the quality of scientific data has no significant impact on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, the credibility of data sources has a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and perceived ease of use has a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness, while perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a significant positive impact on sharing intention, and futher sharing intention has a significant positive impact on sharing behavior. The results can provide references for the research and practice of scientific data sharing in Humanities and Social Sciences, especially in the field of Management.
