Topic Analysis of Health Informatics Research Based on Association Rule Mining: A Case Study of dHealth Conference

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to explore the current research topics and directions in the field of health informatics, and to give some references and suggestions by comparing the research status. Taking the conference documents of dHealth from 2014 to 2020 as the research objects, the key words of the conference documents were analyzed by using association rules method, the main research directions of health informatics were summarized, and the conference documents of related topics were introduced retrospectively. Six main research directions in the field of health informatics in recent years were analyzed and summarized, including standards and standardization research, electronic health records, interoperability, computer technology and application, mobile medical and telemedicine and clinical informatics. The conclusion is helpful to further clarify the research hotspots and mainstream topics of health informatics.
